This wireless sensor allows you to monitor patients up to 95 metres away and is used in conjunction with the Alerta Wireless Transmitter (included in this product) and the Alerta Wall Point Receiver which is sold separately.

What are the Risks of Not Treating Incontinence Properly?

Instances of incontinence need to be treated hastily, which is why the Wetsense Alertamat enables caregivers to be on the scene of a vulnerable patient quickly and respond appropriately.

Absolutely. The range of this wireless system extends up to 95 metres - meaning you can take your Wall Point Receiver with you while you care for other patients or run errands, but still be alerted when attention is needed.

This product is designed to be used by anyone who is vulnerable to enuresis. This could be elderly or vulnerable people, but it can also help parents with childcare, alerting you when a child is uncomfortable and a nappy needs to be changed.

Use With or Without Nursecall System
To receive the alarm when it is triggered, the mat must be used with the Wall Point Receiver, which you add to your purchase at the top of the page. If using in a nursecall system, select the appropriate plug type for your system in the drop down menu next to the Receiver, or simply choose Standalone System - No Nurse Call Connection for individual use without the nursecall system.
How to Wash the WetSense Mat
The WetSense Mat should not be machine washed but it can be cleaned easily by spraying and wiping with a disinfectant. For that reason it is best used under a bedsheet where it will still function in full capacity.
