The Days Escape Wheelchair is designed specifically for users who require an attendant to move around. To ensure the attendant has full control, the handles feature cable brakes that to slow and control the wheelchairs speed. These cable brakes are extremely responsive to ensure the user remains safe at all times.

How Wide is the Days Wheelchair?
The Days Escape Lite Standard Width Chair measures 46cm wide. This measurement is taken from the very edges of the chair, as seen in the image below.
How Do I Fold Down the Wheelchair?
This wheelchair is easy to fold down for travel and requires no tools. Simply follow these steps:
- Identify the release levers at the handles, footrests and under the chair
- Release the levers at the foot rests and lift them off the chair
- Release the levers at the handles and tip them downwards
- Release the crossbars underneath the chair and push the two sides inwards

When the backrest and arms are folded into the chair's "transportation" position as pictured above, the chair has a complete height of approximately 760mm.

How Do I Park the Wheelchair?
To park your wheelchair you can use the parking break. To apply the brake, pull the lever upwards and the ratchet mechanism will lock the brakes on. To release the brake, pull the small lever upwards, which unlocks the ratchet.
