What Can I Identify On This Endoscopy Simulator?
On this EGD trainer, you can identify all the relevant body parts and organs involved in an endoscopy, including the mouth, esophagus, stomach, and duodenum. You can also identify the tongue and larynx.
The internal structures are designed to look life-like when using the endoscopy camera for a realistic diagnostic training experience. The internal features also behave like real tissue for more accurate training.
The model supplied has polyps in four stages, as well as an ulcer, to enable accurate practise of navigation and diagnosis. In the image below, you can see the polyps and ulcer as included in the simulator.
The mouth blocks designed for this simulator are available in three difficulty levels. Provided with this model is a Level 1 mouth block. You can purchase the Level 2 and Level 3 mouth blocks separately.
