How Secure Is the PediTurn Cushion?
The PediTurn is a slim, lightweight turn-plate for floor use in transfer of patients in the seated position, where patients must rotate but are not capable of moving his/her legs without assistance. The PediTurn features a TPE coating that is strong and prevents most slippage, allowing patients to feel secure and safe in moving.
How Do I Use the Etac Immedia PediTurn Cushion?
- Firstly, place the PediTurn on the floor.
- Next, position the user's feet on the middle of PediTurn so that the user's legs are perpendicular to the device.
- When manually handling a user in the seated position, the user's legs will follow, thus avoiding strain on the feet, knees and hip joints.
What Cushions Are Available?
The Etac Immedia PediTurn is available in two versions:
- Soft: Suitable when the user is not wearing shoes, it has a non-slip surface on both sides to avoid sliding.
- Hard: Suitable for when the user is wearing shoes.

Cleaning Instructions
This product can be wiped clean. It can also be disinfected using a standard non-abrasive cleaning agent with a pH between 5 and 9, or with a 70% disinfectant solution.
