Hand Skeleton Model with Elastic Ligaments

The fibrous layer of connective tissue, described in anatomy as the membrana interossea, extends between these two long bones.
The defining feature of this model is that the ligaments, membrana interossea and the retinaculum flexorum are flexible. This means functional movements can be simulated for teaching purposes, in particular the joints in the wrist, demonstrating the natural movement of the joint.
