High Risk Pressure Cushion
The Visco Gel cushion from Harley is designed for users who find themselves in the High Risk category: namely those who are sat in the same position on a daily basis for significant lengths of time. The lack of movement and subsequent restrictions mean that these people are at an increased risk of developing pressure sores or other complaints associated with periods of immobility.

Pressure Cushion Cover Included
The Harley Visco comes with a waterproof, multi-stretch, breathable cover. This is beneficial because it prevents moisture damage to the cushion, enhances comfort through multi-stretch flexibility, and promotes skin health by allowing air circulation, reducing the risk of pressure sores for wheelchair users. In addition, it comes in a black colour to hide any marks that might occur (though this cover can be washed for hygiene and convenience), plus, it allows for immediate use upon opening.

What Is This Cushion Made Of?
The polyurethane base offers stability and support, and the visco elastic memory foam upper layer offers comfort, pressure relief and protection. Sandwiched between these layers towards the rear of the cushion is a gel insert that adds further pressure relief and comfort.
Care Instructions
To make the most of this cushion, simply wash the cushion cover at 40°C in the washing machine, and leave to air dry.
