Full Security
The Low Back Sling is a functional and comfortable lifting tool, and is quick and easy for the carer to apply in preparation for a transfer or a lift. It features separated leg sections, which means that the patient does not sit on the sling and is instead supported from the tailbone up to under the arms, giving the patient a feeling of full security.
Which Hoists Can I Use the Sling With?
This sling is designed with loop fixings. It is designed for easy and secure attachment to all patient hoists with loop fixing compatibility.
Sizing of the Low Back Sling
The sling can often be used for both 2 and 4-point suspension. It is essential to ensure that the width of the Sling Bar is appropriate for the sling size and the patient’s status and capacity.
The Low Back Patient Lifting Sling comes in a choice of seven different sizes. Please refer to the table below for more information about the measurements of each sling and the weight load that has been recommended each size should carry.
