How Do These Diabetic Trainers Support the Wearer?
Under their spacious interior the YDA Cairn Trainers feature a special spring spine sole that enhances the propulsive effect of each step and controls its biomechanical aspects. Additionally, the trainers feature a shock-absorbing 'Air Soft' insole that re-distributes the weight over the entire plantar surface for reduced strain/pressure when walking or running.
Easy-Lace System
To ensure easy lacing up of these trainers for those with diabetes, the YDA Cairn Trainers feature a semi-elastic lace lock system with a slider. As show in the image below, laces don't need to be tied whilst wearing these trainers, they can simple be made tight, locked in, and neatly tucked in.
