It is provided here with a thickness of 2.3mm and with a high strength to weight ratio that is ideal for use in the treatment of such conditions as turf toe (hallux rigidus), Morton's toe, and stress fractures.

The foot plate can be combined with other materials to offer the patient a custom orthotic or surgical shoe to assist with the treatment of such conditions as turf toe (hallux rigidus), Morton's toe, or stress fractures.

Designed to be used alongside other materials to create a foot orthotic or surgical shoe, the NRG Carbon Fibre Foot Plate is highly customisable. It is easy to bond using conventional adhesives, and is also easy to fit and finish.
Can I Adjust the Foot Plate Using Heat?
Yes, the NRG Foot Plate can be adjusted using heat. The recommended forming temperature is between 210 - 250°C.
How Thick Is the Morton's Toe Semi-Rigid Orthotic Material Foot Plate?
The Semi-Rigid Orthotic Plate is provided here with a thickness of 2.3mm. A selection of other thicknesses are also available, which may be more suitable to the needs of your patient; these can be viewed via the links below:

Which Option Do I Need?
