When fixed around an arm or leg using its 3 stays, the OrthoGaiter is intended to keep a knee or elbow extended. It controls the range of motion of the effected limb in order to prevent further damage being done.

What Designs Do The Arm and Leg Gaiters Come In?
When it comes to colours children can be really picky. They may not want to wear a gaiter in a design that they don't like, even if it could really help them. With this in mind, along with this pink colour, the OrthoGaiter is available in the following designs:
Fully Customisable Design
The Stock Gaiters feature an adjustable wraparound design with a circumferential hook for a secure fit. They also have loop fastening straps that can be trimmed for just the right size.
Three Removable Stays
These Children's Stock Arm and Leg Gaiters have three removable gaiters. The medial and lateral stays are plastic in order to better mould to the contours of the limb in question, while the posterior metal stay offers more rigid reinforcement and support to help maintain arm or leg extension. As the stays are removable, you can make sure the gaiter fits your child's individual needs.
Breathable On Skin Or Clothing
The OrthoGaiter is made of a breathable cotton that promotes air circulation whether your child is wearing it directly on their skin or over clothes.
Velfoam Lined
These gaiters have a grey Velfoam lining that cushions your child's limbs to keep them comfortable and prevents discoloration of the gaiters, even after extended use.
Machine Washable
Kids can get really messy and they will probably stain their gaiter with food, dirt or something else. Fortunately, when all 3 stays are removed the gaiters are machine washable at 30°C.
