How Do I Inflate the Trolley Mattress Overlay?
A pump is provided with the Trolley Mattress Overlay, and this pushes easily onto the inflation valve. Inflate the device until air is heard escaping from the pump valve, and then cover the valve on the device using the solid end of the figure-of-eight valve cap. The pump is included with the Repose Mattress Overlay. This way, you can inflate the overlay and secure it on top of the existing trolley mattress quickly and easily as soon as it arrives with you!

There is no evidence to suggest that the same level of support is provided if Repose products are used after a puncture is repaired.
