Roho AirLite Pressure Relief Cushion
For patients and individuals who are sedentary for long periods of time, it's vital that effective support can be provided to prevent pressure ulcers from forming. However, it's also important to help posture and comfort to be maintained for greater overall well-being.
The Roho AirLite Pressure Relief Cushion is designed for comfort and peace of mind. It combines the pressure-relieving benefits of a sealed air support pad with durable contoured foam to provide postural support with optimal durability.
Maximum comfort is achieved by the combination of contoured, anatomical-shaped foam with a pre-set sealed Air Flotation component. This enables users to sit comfortably for long periods of time without the risk of the cushion “bottoming out.”
Please note, the Roho AirLite Pressure Relief Cushion has an approximate lead time of 1 week from date of order.
Features of the Roho AirLite Pressure Relief Cushion
The key features and benefits of the Roho AirLite Cushion are:
- Lightweight design great for moving around facilities and homes as needed
- Contoured foam base provides effective posture support
- Pre-set and sealed air cell delivers pressure relief for medium to high risk patients
- Fluid resistant polyurethane film cover improves comfort and durability
Durable Construction
As most foam cushions will compress over time, durability is integral to the design. The Roho AirLite Cushion's preset sealed air flotation component provides comfort, extended efficacy and a longer usage span than cushions that just utilise foam for pressure relief.
Contoured Shape
The contoured shape of the Roho AirLite Pressure Relief Cushion provides users with support for basic positioning needs. Leg troughs and an ischial well provide support for lower extremity control, stability and comfort.
Versatile Design for a Range of Uses
The versatile design of the Roho AirLite Pressure Relief Cushion makes it suitable for a range of moderate and high risk pressure relief circumstances (with appropriate nursing care and guidance), including for patients and users who:
- Have full sensation
- Are able to perform independent weight shift
- Require basic posture support and comfort
- Require basic positioning needs to assist in the prevention of skin breakdown
- Need a lightweight, non-adjustable seating system
