The Rolyan Synergy White 61 x 91cm Splinting Material is an extremely strong and durable thermoplastic material with a controlled stretch and excellent rigidity. At 3.2mm thick, Synergy is supplied in the traditional thickness for splints, providing stability and firm support.

What Size Is the Splinting Material?

The Rolyan Splinting Material measures 61 x 91cm, allowing you to cut it to the required size. It features a thickness of 3.2mm.

• Maximum resistance to stretch while allowing moderate drape and good conformability

Bonding of the Rolyan Synergy Thermoplastic Splinting Material

The Rolyan Synergy Splinting Material is uncoated, allowing permanent bonds and the securing of strapping, padding, hinges and outriggers. The material should be heated in water at 70 – 75°C for one minute, giving 4 - 6 minutes of working time. 

Delivery Expectations

This product is usually delivered by 24 hour courier. For orders that are placed before 2pm Monday to Friday, your order should usually be dispatched the same day for next working day delivery.

Delivery is free for orders over £65 (ex VAT) to UK mainland addresses. For all other UK orders, delivery is only £4.95 (ex VAT).

Delivery Charges

Some larger or heavier orders will be couriered to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands or UK offshore islands. In these cases, we may need to contact you to arrange for a courier supplement charge, but only if your order is one that requires a courier and you live in Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands or UK offshore islands.
