Swift In-Bed Repositioning System UltraSlide Single Base Sheet

Bedridden patients still capable of some movement can increase comfort, safety and independence with the Swift In-Bed Repositioning System UltraSlide Single Base Sheet. The centre strip is made from low-friction taffeta, which combined with the standard fabric on the sides creates both a smooth moving surface and stable grip. This helps patients move up and down the bed, turn or reposition themselves without carer assistance.

When used with the with Swift Slider Sheet (With Handles/Without Handles) it's part of a comprehensive In-Bed Repositioning System.

The Swift Slide sheet has a unique strip design with low-friction taffeta in the centre and more standard bedding fabric on the side. This is great for independent movement and patients who still have some mobility, as they can use the centre to move themselves around and the sides for purchase and stability.

The Swift In-Bed Repositioning System Bottom Sheet is great for patients with some mobility when used by itself, but can be combined with Swift Ultra Slide Sheets for a more comprehensive system. Bariatric mattresses are usually wider than a standard single mattress, so a wider Swift UltraSlide Base Sheet might be required. We also offer a bariatric model with a width between 107 - 127cm (42” - 50").
