What Does the Strap Do?
TheraBand Resistance Tubing and Bands are both fantastic tools for fitness and rehabilitation but their thin design can be a little tricky to grip, especially when working hard. This strap attaches at two points, one end of the strap loops around an extremity, and the resistance band or tubing is attached to the other end. This removes the chance of the user losing their grip.
