Which Size of Knee Brace Should I Choose?
The Ultimate Performance Wraparound Knee Brace is available in three different sizes. To measure correctly, take a fabric tape measure and measure the circumference across the centre of your kneecap as demonstrated in the image below. Once you have your measurement, please match it to the sizing chart below.

- The brace is meant to be compressive and will feel tight as a result; if you prefer less tightness, please select a larger size
- If you do not have a flexible tape measure, take your measurements with a piece of string, then measure the string with a ruler
- If your joints swell, please take this into account when choosing your size

Fitting the Ultimate Performance Knee Brace couldn't be easier. Simply follow the instructions and images below:
- Undo the brace until it is open and laying flat
- Wrap the entire brace around your knee and fasten the two Velcro straps above and below the patella hole
- Adjust the fit of your brace until the patella hole exposes the entirety of the head of your knee cap
- Take each strap and fasten it to the adjacent corner of the brace
- Adjust until the correct level of compression is achieved
