The swimsuit is designed so you can wear it a few ways, step inside, pop your stoma appliance inside the pocket (ostomy appliance should be angled inwards towards the groin for the pocket to be most beneficial) and either cover your bottom and hips, or pull the drawer strings and wear as a high waisted swimsuit (the drawer string effect will create a ruffle disguise across the tummy).

Or, be trendy and just pull one side of the drawer string keeping the other side down. There is a panel of power mesh inside too, to give you extra tummy support, but also allowing a window to peep in at your stoma to check all is okay, rather than taking the whole thing down.
