How Do I Tilt the Alerta Shower Chair?

A standard shower commode can at times make it difficult to get into a comfortable position, which is why the Alerta Tilt-In-Space Shower Commode Chair can be angled back as seen in the image below. The chair has an adjustment controlled by a gas spring that will allow the seat to be reclined back, making tasks such as showering more comfortable, easier, and thorough for the patients.

Adjustable Design to Suit Patient Needs

Catering to patient requirements, the Alerta Aqua Tilt-in-Space features an adjustable seat height, multi-angle directional and height adjustable head support, and adjustable and detachable footrests. It also benefits from armrests, rear anti-tip bars, and width and angle adjustable pivoting upper body side supports with quick release mechanism.

Robust Braked Castor Wheels

Also included as part of its design are four braked castor wheels that will keep the chair from moving and therefore keep a patient safe during usage. Once the patient has been wheeled to the desired location, simply secure all four brakes on the wheels to ensure the chair won't move.
