Enhances Learning
An exact model replica of the human skull is a great visual aid that assists with learning and memory retention. With incredible detail and scientific accuracy, the Rudiger Skull Model gives students the chance to study the intricacies of the human skull. Parts of the skull are numbered, and a key is provided to help students match and memorise each part to its name.
Mimics Muscle Movement
This version of the Rudiger Skull Model comes equipped with imitation muscles on one side of the face and beneath the jaw. The muscles are flexible to mimic the body's natural movements, providing extra demonstration possibilities such as moving the mandible to simulate chewing.
Includes Cervical Vertebrae
The cervical vertebrae at the top of the spine has muscles, nerve ends and arteries that all come included with this Rudiger Skull Model. These features enable the teacher or doctor to demonstrate how the spine supports the head and facilitates blood flow to the brain.
Dissectible for Close Inspection
The Rudiger Skull Model dissects into three sections to enable closer inspection and analysis of the inside. A bony flap on the mandible opens to reveal the nerve canal, roots of teeth and an impacted molar, and 31 of the 32 individual teeth are removable for dental demonstrations.
Built to Last
Using strong PVC plastic, the Rudiger Skull Model has been built to teach the next generation of scientists and medical professionals for many years to come. Immune to deterioration and hard to break during normal use, this model is a long-lasting investment that more than justifies its price tag.
