The Aquaplast ProDrape-T Solid White 2.4mm Splinting Material (46 x 61cm) is a highly conformable thermoplastic material which is suitable for the creation of splints. At 2.4mm thick, this version of the material is less thick than that traditionally used for splints, helping to minimise bulkiness.

The Roylan Splinting Material measures 46 x 61cm, allowing you to cut it to the required size. It features a thickness of 2.4mm.

Transparent When Heated
The Aquaplast ProDrape-T becomes transparent when heated, allowing identification of pressure points and of landmarks for positioning to provide maximum comfort. Please note this applies to the White Aquaplast ProDrape-T only, and not any of the other colours.

Bonding of the Aquaplast ProDrape Splinting Material
The ProDrape Splinting Material can bonded in both temporary and permanent fashion:
- For a temporary bond, pinch heated surfaces together
- For a permanent bond, remove the coating with spirits or by safely scraping with a sharp instrument
Heating time should be one minute at 70 - 75°C, giving two to three minutes of working time.
