How Do I Wear the Lumbar Brace for Trunk Stability?

- Apply the fully stretch brace so that it's centred on your lower back.
- Make sure the pull tabs are on the outside of the support.
- Pull the ends of the brace to your abdomen, and overlap the ends so the hook can grip the loops.
- Slip your thumbs through the holes of the pull tabs, and pull until tight enough.
