How Do I Use the Sit and Reach Box?

The Sit and Reach box is typically used by physical therapists or other healthcare professionals, as well as trainers to assess the lower body flexibility of individuals using what is known as the 'sit and reach test'. In the standard version of this test, the person sits with their feet against the base plate and the marker at zero, then leans forward and pushes the marker as far as possible to get their result.

This box also allows for modified versions of the test where the starting point of the scale is changed, including the test for those with longer limbs, and the back saver version which tests one leg at a time.

Delivery is free for orders over £65 (ex VAT) to UK mainland addresses. For all other UK orders, delivery is only £4.95 (ex VAT).
