The Cardinal Health Protexis Latex Sterile Powder Free Surgical Gloves are tan sterile surgical gloves made with natural rubber latex and are recommended for general surgery.
These gloves are classified as a Class IIa Medical Device.
Natural Rubber Latex Gloves
Made from natural rubber latex, the gloves contain <11μg/dm² water-extractable protein. Additionally, the Protexis Latex gloves also feature a smooth grip and are of a standard thickness.
Powder-Free
The gloves are supplied powder-free, helping to reduce the chance of powder-related skin irritation occurring as well as limiting post-operative complications associated with granulomas.
Triple-Dip Coating
To make the Protexis Latex gloves easier to use and wear, they are made using a triple-dip coating which combines latex and nitrile. This integration of materials makes the gloves incredibly easy to don, as well as improving strength and helping to reduce latex exposure.
Produced on Cardinal Health Surgical Glove Mould
These gloves are produced on the exclusive Cardinal Health surgical glove mould, giving them a range of advantages compared to other latex surgical gloves. An independent thumb design gives the Protexis Latex gloves more natural movement in fingers, thumbs and palm as well as a better, more anatomical fit.
On top of this, the gloves also feature a proprietary interlocking beaded cuff design to give improved protection against roll-down.

The Protexis Latex gloves are recommended for use in general surgery, and are supplied sterile to eliminate the risk of contamination.
