How Do I Use the Disposable Transfer Sheet?
The Disposable Transfer Sheet is a full body length transfer sheet and features five ergonomic handles cut into each side, which makes handling patients even easier. It is important to make sure the patient's weight is evenly distributed and all handles are in use during the repositioning. When handling heavier patients or when transferring across high friction areas, it is recommended you use at least two sheets back-to-back.
Please note that the Disposable Transfer Sheet is not intended for lifting. All patient repositioning manoeuvres should be accomplished without lifting. It is important to follow your local hospital patient handling guidelines, which are normally available from the Health and Safety department.

Maintenance of Cromptons Disposable Transfer Sheets
Disposable Transfer Sheets are intended for a single use; they are designed to be disposed of when no longer in use. The sheets are not suitable for laundering.
Please note that the Crompton Disposable Transfer Sheet is not intended for lifting.

Cromptons Transfer Sheets are made from 100% recyclable material, meaning they are reused and recycled fully once disposed of. This foundation fabric contains spun-bound polypropylene with a non-stitched hem.
