Sizing Information for the Delta-Dry Water-Resistant Cast Padding

One roll of Delta-Dry Cast Padding is provided with a length of 2.4 metres. It is available with a width of either 5cm, 7.5cm, or 10cm. Please select your required option from the drop-down menu at the top of the page.

How Does the Water-Resistant Cast Padding Work?

The Delta-Dry Cast Padding features an open knit structure and water-resistant fibres that allow water to quickly drain from the cast. Any remaining moisture evapourates through the cast when heated by normal body temperatures.

It's important to make sure that you position your cast so that water can drain from it. Long arm and leg casts must be positioned so that no water can pool in the heel or elbow area. Casts can take from 30 minutes to an hour to completely dry out.

How Easy to Apply Is the Cast Padding?

The Delta-Dry padding is designed for ease of application. It conforms well to body contours, and requires no special tools for application or removal.
