To ensure hygiene is maintained, it is provided with either a waterproof vinyl or soft-touch canvas cover. Available in a choice of four widths, it can improve comfort and support in a wide range of compatible wheelchairs.
Improves Comfort
The Drive Medical Wheelchair Cushion is made of a two-inch thick foam to allow wheelchair users to enjoy greater comfort when spending long periods of time sitting down. As it secures into place and features a practical cover, it provides optimal comfort and support when using a wheelchair.
What Is the Depth of this Cushion?
For all four widths of this cushion, the depth is 2" and a length of 16". This is a standard size, and will fit most wheelchairs.
Vinyl or Canvas Cover
To cater to different requirements and preferences, the cover for the wheelchair cushion can be provided in either vinyl or canvas. Vinyl is ideal if waterproof properties are a priority, allowing the cushion to be wiped down and cleaned with ease. Where enhanced comfort is the most important factor, the user may prefer the canvas cover, which is softer to the touch.
