This base sheet features elasticated corner straps to fit securely to the mattress, plus a full-length, low-friction satin area for easy movement around the bed.

Available in six different options to suit the needs of your patient and the size of their bed, the Etac SatinSheet 2D Maxi Base Sheet offers improved versatility to suit a wide range of needs. Please note that this version of the base sheet is the only sheet that is fitted with corner straps. This is particularly suited to mattresses that are thicker in design.

The Etac Two Direction Maxi Base Sheet is a traditional base sheet with a slide area that covers the full length of the bed. This means that the patient can simply lie directly on the sheet with little concern about their position. The sheet also helps reduce friction between the bedding and nightwear to prevent chafing and pain during the day while also reducing the risk of pressure sores and ulcers.
Washing Instructions
The Etac 2D Two Direction Maxi Base Sheet is suitable for machine washing at 80°C. Please note that fabric softener or bleach should not be used on this product. The sheet can be tumble dried but should not be dry cleaned, and is suitable for ironing on a low heat.
