2. Load the sock/stocking onto the frame, stretching the opening of the garment over the rim
3. Slide opening down the frame until the heal is on top of the frame
4. Place the frame on the floor and use one foot to steady the base
5. Slide your toes into the opening, gently pushing you foot in until you reach the desired position
