What's Included?
How Does the Fully Automatic Digital Blood Pressure Monitor Work?
The Fully Automatic Digital Blood Pressure Monitor connects to the cuff, which is placed on the upper arm. The one-button operation, the Digital Blood Pressure Monitor can then be activated, with built-in fuzzy logic ensuring that the cuff inflates to the optimal level.
The results are then displayed on the LCD display screen, following both BHS classification and the World Health Organization (WHO). The BHS classification displays the systolic blood pressure over the diastolic blood pressure in mmHg, while the WHO scale indicates where on the WHO traffic light scale your blood pressure falls.
Who Can Use the Digital Blood Pressure Monitor?
With straightforward one-touch operation, the Digital Blood Pressure Monitor is ideal for use by virtually anybody. It can be used in hospitals and surgeries, and is also suitable for home use.
The readings on the large LCD display screen are clear and easy to read. This allows you to take your own blood pressure, and then record the information to show your doctor at a later date.
How Easy Is the Digital Blood Pressure Monitor To Use?
Designed to be suitable for monitoring blood pressure at home, the Fully Automatic Blood Pressure Monitor is easy to use. One the cuff is in position, you can press the button to activate the inflation. The in-built fuzzy logic feature automatically calculates the level of inflation required, so you don't need to worry about overinflating or underinflating.
Your blood pressure results are displayed on the easy-to-read LCD screen, which you can then write down to show your doctor, but don't worry if the numbers don't mean anything to you. There is a WHO traffic light scale on the left-hand side, and the scale indicates where on the scale your blood pressure falls. Green is average blood pressure, yellow indicates light hypertension, and red suggests middle to heavy hypertension, or high blood pressure.
How Many Readings Can the Blood Pressure Monitor Take?
The Blood Pressure Monitor offers a memory capacity of 90 readings. This means you can take your blood pressure and then bring the monitor to your doctor if you wish to show them previous recordings.
How Is the Blood Pressure Monitor Powered?
The Fully Automatic Blood Pressure Monitor is powered by 4 x AA batteries. These are supplied with your monitor.
Can I Use a Different Cuff?
