How Do I Wear the Jura Shoe?

Follow the instructions below to apply the Jura Post-Operative Shoe:

1. Place the insole inside the shoe
2. Fasten the strap that runs from your heel to your ankle and tighten it to the appropriate amount
3. Close the hook and loop fastenings over your the rest of your foot
4. The shoe should look like this from above when closed

Can I Replace the Insole with a Custom Made One?

This insole is fully replaceable and can be removed for alteration, improved accommodation or for the fitting of an off-loading-insole. Being able to replace the insole increases the longevity 

How Durable Is This Post-Operative Rehabilitation Shoe?

The sole of the Jura Post-Op Shoe is made from tough rubber, which provides lasting performance even after extended periods of use. Thick padding on the inside of the shoe ensures that it will remain comfortable and supportive during long-term wear. 

How Does the Jura Post-Op Shoe Assist With Rehabilitation?

The Jura Post-Op Shoe features a rocker-sole profile that helps encourage a more natural and healthy gait, this helps reduce the risk of muscle atrophy or overuse during recovery. Non-slip material was used in the construction of the shoe's sole to improve safety and prevent further accidents that could delay the rehabilitation process.  

How Does This Medical Post-Op Shoe Protect Your Foot?

The Jura Post-Op Shoe has a square toe configuration which offers protection from stubbing your toe, this helps to prevent you from tripping over ledges and imperfections in the ground. The excellent padding and pressure redistribution offered by the sole helps to spread your weight while you walk, allowing for increased mobility and reduced pain. 

Is The Jura Post-Op Shoe Machine Washable?

• The removable insole can be washed at up to 40ºC
• The rest of the shoe should be hand washed with mild detergent in lukewarm water
• Rinse thoroughly and leave to air dry
• Not suitable for tumble drying
