This Side-Fastening Compression Garment is available in six sizes. To find the perfect size, please measure the waist and hips at their widest point (as shown in the diagrams below) and match these measurements to the table.

Tips for choosing the right size
Take measurements of the widest part of the waist and the widest part of the hips. If these measurements border on two sizes, choose the larger size for the best fit.

How Should the Macom Girdle Be Washed?
The Macom Side-Fastening Compression Garment should be washed by hand. Please follow the below instructions:
- Hand wash at 30°C maximum
- Air dry
- Do not use bleach or fabric conditioner
- Do not tumble dry, iron, or dry clean
- Do not remove stains with solvents
