Take measurements of the widest part of the waist and the widest part of the hips. If these measurements border on two sizes, choose the larger size for the best fit.

How Should the Macom Compression Garment Be Washed?
The Macom Compression Girdle with Leggings should be washed by hand. Please follow the below instructions:
- Hand wash at 30°C maximum
- Air dry
- Do not use bleach or fabric conditioner
- Do not tumble dry, iron, or dry clean
- Do not remove stains with solvents
