The Masterhinge Knee Hinge is available in a range of sizes designed to meet the needs of virtually any patient. Please see below for the available sizes, then select your required option from the drop-down menu at the top of the page.

• Universal Offset (suitable for either leg)
• Medium Offset (Left and Right options)
• Large Offset (Left and Right options)
• Paediatric (suitable for either the knee or the elbow)

Who Can Use the Masterhinge Knee Hinge?

The Masterhinge Knee Hinge is designed for use by doctors, nurses, and other medical professionals working with patients who require knee casting. It helps to allow patients to maintain a more supported movement following an operation, and is suitable for use as part of treatment for fractures and ligament injuries.

How Does the Bi-Pivotal Mechanism Work?

The bi-pivotal hinge mechanism provides controlled movement at the joint. This allows for natural motion of the knee, while also providing the option of fixing the hinge in place. Adjustors allow for limitations in flexion and extension as required during the healing process.

Can the Hinge Be Locked In Place?

If movement needs to be locked or restricted at any point during the healing process, then the Masterhinge can be locked in place. If it does not need to be locked, then full range of motion is supported.

Delivery Expectations

This product is usually delivered by 24 hour courier. For orders that are placed before 2pm Monday to Friday, your order should usually be dispatched the same day for next working day delivery.

Delivery is free for orders over £65 (ex VAT) to UK mainland addresses. For all other UK orders, delivery is only £4.95 (ex VAT).

Delivery Charges

Some larger or heavier orders will be couriered to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands or UK offshore islands. In these cases, we may need to contact you to arrange for a courier supplement charge, but only if your order is one that requires a courier and you live in Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands or UK offshore islands.

Delivery Estimations

The delivery expectation for medical supplies on our website is specified on each particular product page. Where a delivery expectation is not stated, we will dispatch the goods as quickly as possible, normally within 24 to 48 hours on working days, so that you receive your medical supplies promptly.
