Mattress Cover Positioning Aid

The Mattress Cover Positioning Aid can be used with all types of mattresses to aid patients in turning and repositioning higher up in bed. The ultra-low friction sliding material makes it very easy for a user to shift position, which aids in the prevention of developing pressure sores. Available in five sizes, the Mattress Cover can be paired alongside regular bed sheets, or with other positioning aids, such as the TurnSheet or TopCover, depending on the individual's requirements.

Free Movement

The Mattress Cover has a central panel that is made from ultra low friction sliding material to aid with movement. By reducing the friction under the user, simple and safe repositioning, turning and moving higher up in bed can be performed with very little effort and without the need for lifting.

Removable Slide Panels

The slide panels can be closed or folded away as the situation requires. This gives you the option to choose between low or high friction surfaces under a portion of, or the entirety of, the user's body.

The slide panels enable improved positioning of the user in bed. For example, the slide panel under the hips can be removed or folded away to prevent the user from sliding down when attempting to sit up in bed.

All sizes of the Mattress Cover Positioning Aid can handle a weight load of up to 300kg, except the Extra Small, which has a safe weight of 200kg.
