TopSheet Large Positioning Aid

The TopSheet Large Positioning Aid is used for incontinent, bedridden users who must be turned frequently. It is an excellent aid for when carers need to hold a heavier user in a lateral position, such as when assisting with personal hygiene or dressing wounds. The TopSheet is also suitable for dementia suffers in palliative care who need turning, as the process is calm and gentle and the load is spread over the entire body area.

Friction-Reducing Material

The product is made of a super-absorbent material which makes the surface feel dry to lay on, which is very practical for incontinent users. The friction-reducing material on the underside means that users can be turned easily, and prevent the development of pressure sores.

Care Instructions for the TopSheet Positioning Aid

The TopSheet Positioning Aid should be washed in 90°C water and tumble-dried at low to medium temperature (approximately 45 - 50°C). Do not use rinse aid or fabric softener and avoid tumble-drying at high temperatures for optimal service life. The TopSheet should not be ironed.

Sizing and Additional Items

The TopSheet Large Positioning Aid measures 200 x 160cm and is available to purchase by itself, with a protective cover or with a Mattress Cover, the latter of which measures at 200 x 90cm. All items have a safe weight load of 300kg.
