The top sheet in this system only reaches from the shoulders to the hips of most people, and shouldn't be used for those with very severe immobility of their upper or lower bodies. This is because it isn't long enough to support their heads, necks or legs during manoeuvres, so they may twist uncomfortably or get hurt during the process.
