Supply and Customer Service - Fantastic. Delivery DREADFUL !

First, no text on the day to say the delivery was coming. Delivery driver delivered to my neighbour (as asked by a note on my door) . However, no note, no text, nothing to let me know it had been left with neighbour. If I hadn’t got RING CCTV I WOULDN’T HAVE KNOWN IT WAS THERE!
