Which Size is Right For Me?

The Cold Compression Therapy Pack is suitable for sporting injuries, sprains and strains, ligament damage or overuse injuries. The sizing is universal and will fit most people. How To Use the Cold Compression Pack

This intuitive design is perfect for use by patients and carers. Simply freeze the gel pack for about two hours, then pop it in the belt's insert for an instant cooling effect. Then, use the pump to increase the amount of pressure applied to the skin, alleviating pain and discomfort from the thigh using compression and ice. 

How Should a Thigh or Calf Cold Compression Therapy Pack Fit?

This therapy pack should sit comfortably around the thigh or calf area. It should be tight but not restrictive or painful, since you need the pack to compress the muscles for full beneficial effects. This pack is also very cold, meaning it needs to be sufficiently tight so as to feel the cold on the skin for swelling reduction.
