The TheraBand Foam Stability Trainer Pads are compact and unstable foam surfaces for patients to balance on with one leg, increasing core strength and improving balance. They're a fantastic tool for physios and other medical professionals to use with patients recovering from injuries, dealing with instabilities or trying to increase proprioception (active awareness of your body's movements). Available in both soft and hard density options, they're great for progression.

Two Available Colour-Coded Densities
To suit patients with different strength levels and at different stages of the recovery process, the TheraBand Stability Pads are available in two different, colour-coded densities:
- Green (Firm): As the material is firm with a higher density, the pad easier to stand on
- Blue (Soft): As the material is softer with a lower density, the pad is more difficult to stand on
This is also great for progression, as users can switch from the higher density model to the lower density model when they or their physio feel they are ready.
