Viscoelastic Cushion

This cushion is made of a soft viscoelastic (VE) design that can be sat on for hours on end. This not only enhances patients ability to get out of their seats, it also improves their comfort more generally and features some pressure relieving qualities (though please note this cushion is not a 'pressure relief' cushion specifically).

How Does it Work?

Using a piston mechanism, the UpEasy lifts up to 80% of the patient's weight, allowing them to easily get out of chairs, safely. This is ideal not only for elderly patients, but for people suffering from a range of other mobility issues that might compromise their ability to lift themselves up.

This cushion coves with a waterproof cushion cover that is also fire-retardant and washable, allowing carers to use this cushion in professional environments. Made of 100% polyester, this design is easy to care for, soft and breathable, allowing patients to sit comfortably on it for hours on end.
