Viscoelastic Cushion

This cushion is made of a soft viscoelastic (VE) design that can be sat on for hours on end. This not only enhances patients ability to get out of their seats - it also improves their comfort more generally and features some pressure relieving qualities (though please note this cushion is not a 'pressure relief' cushion specifically).

How Does it Work?

Using a piston mechanism, the UpEasy lifts up to 80% of the patient's weight, allowing them to easily get out of chairs, safely. This is ideal not only for elderly patients, but for people suffering from a range of other mobility issues that might compromise their ability to lift themselves up.
