Which Size Face Mask Should Patients Wear?
To discover which face mask is the right size, you can use the WiZARD 320 Sizing Gauge to measure a triangular area around the nose.

How Is the Nasal Mask Worn?
The face mask is made up of three easy-connecting parts, including the mask, the headgear, and the tubing.
To put the mask on:
- Attach the cushion by pushing the positioning marker on the cushion into the slots of the mask frame
- Place the headgear onto a flat surface with the shiny side facing up
- Thread the lower headgear straps through the quick release buckles with the Velcro facing the outside
- Thread the upper headgear straps through the hooks on the mask and frame with the Velcro facing the outside
- Connect the quick release buckles to the mask frame hooks
The mask should now be ready to put on. You can use the straps to adjust the size of the mask to fit your proportions. The bandages should be adjusted to allow the mask to sit comfortably over your nose without slipping, but do not overtighten the headgear. You should feel the mask gently pressed against your face but it should not be putting pressure on the area.
What's the Difference Between the Masks In the WiZARD Series?
In the Wellell WiZARD Series, there are a variety of masks. Each serve a similar function, but have different features to cover a range of user's needs. The WiZARD 320 model is a full-face mask that delivers pressurised air to both the mouth and nose (when connected to an iX series CPAP device).
Other models in the series include the WiZARD 310 and the WiZARD 510, both of which are nasal masks which cover a smaller surface area. These are perfect for those who may feel claustrophobic wearing a larger mask, or who simply want a smaller mask without compromising on quality of treatment.
How Should the Wellell WiZARD Mask Be Cleaned?
This full-face mask should be cleaned by hand before the first time it is used and following every use after that. The headgear should be washed weekly.
To clean both the mask and headgear, hand wash them in warm water (approx. 30C) using a mild detergent. Once clean, rinse with drinking-quality water and leave to air dry in a clean space. Ensure that all pieces are fully dry before the next use.
To prevent damage when cleaning, do not:
- Dry any parts of the unit, including the headgear, in a dryer
- Use bleach, chlorine, or alcohol on any part of the unit
- Use scented or aromatic based solutions
