Velcro Closure for Ease of Use

A Velcro closure forms part of the design of the YDA MAC 3 Leather Diabetic Shoes (Brian). Many diabetic shoes feature this type of closure for easier application and removal of the shoes, saving the time and hassle of doing up laces in lace-up shoes. Additionally a Velcro strap allows for adjustability of the shoes, helping to accommodate changes in swelling.

How Do the YDA Shoes Provide Support?

As well as being extra-wide and extra-deep to accommodate swollen feet, the shoes feature a semi-rigid sole that redistributes loads for pressure relief.
