How Does the Cryotherapy System and Knee Wrap Work?
The Promedics Cryo Cold Therapy System works by exchanging ice cold water between the cooler and knee wrap using gravity. Simply hold or hang the cooler, connected by a tube to an anatomically-specific wrap, above the wrap and allow the water to provide cold and compression therapy.
How Long Can I Use the Cryotherapy Cooler System For?
It is not recommended to use the Cryotherapy Cooler System for longer than 30 minute sessions at a time. In a two hour period, it should not be used for more than 30 minute sessions. Ensure the skin is checked every hour on a routine basis to prevent skin damage.
