How Does the Splash Proof Wireless Call Pendant with MPPL Pager Work?
The Call Pendant with MPPL Pager is part of our Medpage MPPL Range, where both items work together to transmit an alarm from the pendant to the MPPL Pager when the patient is needed. This means that should the patient find themselves in distress whether outside, in the bed or in the bath, they can press the button and an alarm will be sent to the MPPL Pager which can be located up to 100 metres away. Once the alarm is triggered, it will alert nearby caregivers that help is required.
Having Trouble Connecting?
If your pager is not automatically paired out of the box, follow the 'Code Learning' instructions one Page 1 of the included instructions.
If the pager is still not connecting properly, this is almost always a sign of low battery. Replace the 12V A27 battery inside the transmitter. Ensure the splash-proof seal is correctly in place before re-tightening the screws on the back of the transmitter.
