What Function Does This Patient Hoist Sling Have?
The sling is designed for use with universal patient hoists (sold separately), which are ideal for safe transfers and repositioning of patients with limited or impaired mobility. A universal hoist functions well for patients with limited or fully impaired mobility, and requires very little to no physical effort from the patient.
This Toileting Sling makes quick transfers possible, and enables carers to assist patients to and from the toilet with ease. The large cut-out at the back of the sling means that patients can use the bathroom without being removed from the lifting aid.
How Do I Use the Bathing Sling?
To use this model, begin by comfortably positioning the patient into the sling, ensuring that it is secure and lined up with their body, and attach the sling to the hoist.
Who Is This Passive Hoist Toileting Sling For?
Ideal for use with universal patient hoists, this sling is designed to assist with toileting procedures for patients with limited or reduced mobility.
