Size | Chest Circumference (cm) |

How Do I Use the Cryo/Cuff?
For a step-by-step guide on how to prepare, apply and use the Cryo/Cuff, please see below:
Step One: Prepare the Cooler
Fill the cooler to the line with water, add ice and lay the insulation disk on top. Connect the blue tube to the cooler and close the lid. Allow up to five minutes for the water to cool, shaking the cooler occasionally.
Step Two: Apply the Cuff
To apply the cuff, attach the main straps around the torso and secure. (See figure 1). Use assistance if needed.
Next, secure the underarm strap before doing the same with the front and back elastic straps. (See figures 2 and 3).
Step Three: Fill the Cuff
Connect the blue tube to the cuff. Raise the cooler no more than fifteen inches above the cuff and allow fifteen seconds for the cuff to fill. (See figure 4). Place the cooler on a stable surface, the base of the cooler should be level with the cuff. Plug the cooler into a power supply and turn on by connecting the cord to the lid.
Step Four: Refill Cooler
To refill after use, unplug the cooler and repeat step one.
For more information about how to use the cuff, please see the user manuals below:
How Long Should I Use the Cuff For?
You can use the cuff for up to two hours per cryotherapy session. We recommend that you leave a period of at least twenty minutes between each therapy session.
Do I Need to Protect My Skin While Using the Cuff?
It is important that you wrap your skin with a cloth, bandage or something similar when using the device, in order to create a barrier between your skin and the cuff. At no point during treatment should the cuff and skin be in direct contact.
How Do I Clean the Cryo/Cuff?
To keep the cuff and cooler clean between uses, wash each unit with soap and hot water before rinsing and leaving to air dry. Repeat this process a few times for maximum cleaning results.
